Your progress stays on your device.

1. The short version

Ball Maze is a single-player game that runs entirely on your device. Everything it saves — which stages you’ve cleared, your stars, your best coin counts, your settings — is stored locally on your iPhone.

• We have no account and no sign-up — no email, no password, no login.
• We run no server and have no backend that receives your data.
• We use no analytics SDKs, no ad SDKs, and no trackers.
• We collect no personal data, and we do not sell or share anything.

2. No account, no sign-up

You don’t create an account to play Ball Maze. There’s no email, no password, and no social login. You open the app and play. Because there’s no account, there’s no profile for us to hold.

3. What data exists, and where it lives

The only data Ball Maze stores is your local game progress, kept on your device using Apple’s standard on-device storage (UserDefaults).

What we do not collect: no name, no email, no location, no contacts, no camera, microphone, photos, or health data. We assign no advertising identifier and do no cross-app tracking. There is no chat and no user-generated content.

4. Analytics, advertising & tracking

Ball Maze contains no third-party analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no trackers. There are no ads in the game at all.

The only statistics we can ever see are Apple’s own App Store Connect / App Analytics — anonymous, app-level numbers (like downloads or crash counts) that Apple provides to every developer. These never identify you. You can opt out in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

5. Purchases

Ball Maze offers a single one-time “Unlock All Worlds” purchase, handled entirely by Apple StoreKit. We never see your payment method or card details — Apple handles billing.

• Refunds are issued by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
• Restore — “Restore Purchases” brings back your unlock on any device signed in to the same Apple ID. Family Sharing is supported.

6. Children & families

Ball Maze is rated 4+ and is family-friendly. It collects no personal data from anyone, child or adult; it has no ads, no chat, and no links out of the game except the one-time purchase handled by Apple. Because nothing leaves the device, there is no profile of any user for us to hold. If you have a concern, write to support@vibeland.app.

7. Your data & deletion

Because your data lives only on your device, you are fully in control of it:

• Delete everything — removing the Ball Maze app from your device deletes its saved progress.
• Purchases remain on your Apple ID and can be restored if you reinstall.

Codeful holds no copy of your data to delete, because we never received one. If you have GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California), or PIPA (Korea) questions, write to us — but in practice the control above is complete.

8. Security

Your progress is protected by your device’s own security. Because we run no server that stores your data, there is no central database to breach.

9. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, except where the data-protection laws of your country grant you additional, non-waivable rights (in which case those apply).

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
