1. What Ball Maze is

Ball Maze is a single-player pixel-art maze game for iPhone. You roll a ball through hand-built mazes across themed worlds, collect every coin to reveal a key, and reach a hidden door to the next stage. It is offline and single-player — there are no online features, leaderboards, or chat.

2. Using the app

• There is no account and no sign-up. You just open the app and play.
• You need a compatible iPhone. Ball Maze runs fully offline; no internet connection is required to play.
• You are responsible for your own device and keeping your operating system up to date.

3. Your data

• Your game progress is stored on your device. We keep no server copy.
• We claim no rights to anything on your device and never receive your data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
• Because progress is local and we keep no backup, deleting the app deletes your progress (your purchase stays on your Apple ID and can be restored).

4. The free world & the unlock

The Forest world (5 stages) is free forever and fully playable. A single, optional one-time purchase, “Unlock All Worlds,” unlocks the other 5 worlds (25 more stages).

• It is a one-time, non-consumable purchase — not a subscription. There is nothing that auto-renews and nothing else to buy.
• There are no ads in Ball Maze.

5. Payments & refunds

• The unlock is sold through Apple StoreKit. We do not see your payment method. Apple handles billing.
• Price is shown in your local currency at the time of purchase (around US$3.99).
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their policy: reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
• Restore & Family Sharing — “Restore Purchases” brings back the unlock on devices signed in to your Apple ID. Family Sharing is on.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app or its StoreKit configuration.
• Circumvent purchase or unlock checks.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the app or its assets.
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable law.

7. Disclaimers & liability

Ball Maze is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codeful is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of saved progress. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the unlock (which, for free players, is zero). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

You can stop using Ball Maze and delete it at any time. Deleting the app removes its on-device data. Because there is no account, there is nothing for us to close on our side.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be heard in the competent courts of Gyeonggi-do, Korea, except where consumer-protection laws of your country require otherwise.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the app changes. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
